An exhibition titled "NATO: Chronicle of Cruelty" is being staged at a Moscow museum to display the history of the U.S.-led military bloc in string up troubles across the world and lay bare its destructive role in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, Reuters reports.
Inside the exhibition hall of the State Central Museum of Contemporary History, the sound of bombers is resounding incessantly, as a reminder of the trauma that NATO has scarred the world.
By showcasing evident documents, photographs and videos, the exhibition recounts the brutal practices of the U.S.-led NATO from bombing Yugoslavia to provoking conflicts in Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria as it has been constantly seeking military expansion for geopolitical gains in the past decades.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also displayed some NATO weapons and equipment captured from the Ukraine frontline.
Among the variety of exhibits are the flag of the Azov Battalion and the U.S. national flag obtained from the same armament of the Azov Battalion, offering clues to the ties between the U.S. and fighters of the Ukrainian militia.
