Ukraine refused to hold talks with Russia. Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova announced this.
“The Ukrainian side refused to hold talks. Representatives of the Kyiv regime offered to discuss the issue tomorrow,” Zakharova said.
