“Himnatavush” Foundation received their long-expected guests with traditional bread-and-salt, warmness, songs and dances.
Originally Czech model and film actress Adriana Karembeu, famous in France, accompanied her husband of Armenian descent, businessman Aram Ohanyan. It was the first time for both to visit Armenia. They had their special mission visiting the border region of Tavush. On November 20 – 23 the annual telethone is kicking off in France, this year sponsored personally by Adriana Karembeu.
The benefactor was interested to get familiarized with the agricultural development projects implemented in Tavush and funded by the Hauts-de-Seine Council. Karembeu tasted the samples of the products by a farm built in accordance with the European standards while visiting it with the French delegation.
She liked it and confessed she knows the taste of the Armenian cuisine thanks to her Armenian sister-in-law.
