Within the framework of the INNOPROM International Industrial Exhibition in the Russian Federation, Armenia’s Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, met with Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.
The parties discussed expanding trade, economic, and business cooperation between Armenia and Indonesia, promoting industrial development, exchanging technologies, and deepening cooperation in high value-added manufacturing sectors.
Minister Papoyan proposed exploring opportunities for cooperation in the development of industrial zones, investment projects, and joint manufacturing initiatives.
The meeting also touched upon the Armenian government's “Crossroads of Peace” initiative. Its implementation is expected to strengthen regional connectivity, facilitate cargo transportation, and create new opportunities for the development of trade, investment, and industrial cooperation.
