The close cooperation and deep relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan are not a secret and are not news, and we know about these relations, we know that they are close, but in this case our agenda is as follows: we do not want to deepen dividing lines in the region, but on the contrary, we want to establish stability and lasting peace in the region, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Turkey.
According to him, in this context he attaches great importance to the dialogue with Turkey.
“Just one thing. I consider it important to have the opportunity to personally share our approaches with the Turkish President regarding the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty and the further course of the peace agenda,” the Prime Minister said, emphasizing the importance of having the opportunity to listen to questions and respond to them.
Nikol Pashinyan once again emphasized that our agenda is the agenda of Armenia-Turkey relations, but it is obvious that the quality of those relations cannot have no impact on the situation in the region at all.
“I hope and am convinced that the visit and dialogue will have a positive impact on establishing an atmosphere of dialogue, stability, and cooperation in our region,” the Prime Minister said, adding: “…we, yes, can build new relations between Armenia and Turkey.”
