We must draw certain conclusions and lessons from our previous experience. We should not have exaggerated expectations from this visit. Two years ago, such a visit would have been considered an exaggerated expectation, that is, I mean, that expectation has already been fulfilled, and the expectation I imagine is that this visit should ensure the further normal course of the interstate dialogue, and that is our disposition, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Istanbul.
According to him, he is going to thank the President of Turkey for this invitation, and is also going to invite Recep Tayyip Erdogan to participate in the European Political Community Summit to be held in Armenia next spring, which will also be held in Yerevan with the support of Turkey.
“Because Turkey is also a member of the European Political Community format. And I am going to invite President Erdogan next spring, of course, the dates are still being specified, to participate in the European Political Community Summit, and I hope that the next year, our meeting will take place in Armenia," the Prime Minister informed.
