On March 17, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Sargis Khandanyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to our country Claudia Busch.
Welcoming the Ambassador in parliament, Sargis Khandanyan valued the close cooperation between the National Assembly and the Bundestag.
The Committee Chair spoke about the recent developments in Armenia-European relations, underscored the importance of launching a dialogue on the European Union visa liberalisation for the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.
At the meeting Sargis Khandanyan touched upon the signing process of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
The sides discussed a number of issues regarding the Armenian-German collaboration.
