Donald Trump blamed Europe and former US President Joe Biden for the resumption of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the failure to reach an agreement with Vladimir Putin, calling him a "stupid man."
"Putin could have been very easily persuaded not to take that step. I'm not trying to present him as a better or kinder person, I'm just saying that the war should never have happened. Putin would never have done that," Trump said.
He expressed confidence that the Russian side could have seized more Ukrainian territory, but today, thanks to him, the peace agreement became possible.
