Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, answering the question, what role does the OSCE Minsk Group play in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) issue, said:
“Unfortunately, there are problems in the relations of the co-chair. This is the most important factor that should be taken into account. After the events in Ukraine, there is a problem of simple communication and working together. In general, the parties also express a certain willingness, but at the working level, we see that its practical conditions are difficult.”
