The Russian Foreign Minister and the UN Secretary General discussed the Artsakh issue

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a phone conversation with the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres on December 3. The interlocutors discussed issues related to the response of the UN system to the COVID-19 pandemic.
