Mutual strikes between Russia and Ukraine continue. As a result of Russian strikes, one person was killed and four others were injured in Odesa. An 8-year-old child was killed in the Dnipropetrovsk region, while two fatalities were reported in Sumy. More than a dozen people were injured in Kharkiv and Kherson.
The Mayor of Moscow also reported that six drones had been shot down over the Russian capital. On June 18, Moscow came under the most massive drone attack of the past two years. Air defense systems intercepted nearly 200 drones. The Moscow oil refinery was among the targets hit.
The Ukrainian side also reported that one crew member of a civilian vessel sailing under the flag of Panama was killed and two others were injured in Russian drone strikes in the Black Sea. A vessel sailing under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis also came under attack, leaving three people injured.
