Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan hosted Cate Dillon, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs, and Shannon Sprenger, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Professional and Cultural Exchanges, at the Embassy.
Armenian Embassy to the USA said, during the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to expand Armenian-American cooperation in the field of public diplomacy. In particular, they explored prospects for broadening collaboration and implementing joint initiatives in the areas of education, culture, and sports.
The discussion also underscored the importance of launching joint initiatives in new areas of mutual interest with the aim of identifying new opportunities and further strengthening the existing partnership.
