EU Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas paid her first official visit to Berlin, where she met with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius. The press conference focused primarily on European defense readiness and continued support for Ukraine.
Furthermore, Kallas underlines that the European Union is discussing additional sanctions against the regime in Iran. "The EU already has sweeping sanctions in place on Iran ... and we are discussing putting additional sanctions," Kallas said.
