On July 7, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden Patrik Svensson on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission. Armenia's Security Council Office reported this.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia emphasized the Ambassador’s contribution to the development of both Armenia-Sweden bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
Armen Grigoryan thanked Patrik Svensson for his effective work aimed at the development of cooperation between Armenia and Sweden, congratulated him on being awarded the RA MFA Medal of Honor, and wished him new professional successes.
Ambassador Patrik Svensson, in turn, thanked the Armenian side for the reception and the support provided by the Armenian side during the diplomatic mission. The Ambassador noted with satisfaction the expansion of Armenia-Sweden bilateral and multilateral cooperation, in particular, emphasizing the developing inter-parliamentary cooperation. Svensson expressed confidence that bilateral relations have great potential for development.
During the meeting the interlocutors also discussed issues of mutual interest.
