Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the reports claiming that Azerbaijani troops have entered Stepanakert in Nagorno-Karabakh are untrue.
“There’s no such thing,” Pashinyan said in a live address, referring to the reports that Azerbaijani troops are within Stepanakert.
Pashinyan said there are difficulties with communication in Nagorno-Karabakh. “As I’ve been informed from our partners in Nagorno-Karabakh, there are some problems on the roads to Martakert and Martuni. But overall, the situation is stable,” Pashinyan said.
