The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly accepted all the proposals of the Armenian delegation. Sargis Khandanyan, head of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE PA, the vice-chairman of the Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian issues of the Parliamentary Assembly, announced this on his Facebook page.
“The final document of the 2023 OSCE PA, the Vancouver Declaration, approved a number of important provisions by voting.

Calls on Azerbaijan to withdraw its armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia.

Calls for the unhindered passage of people and goods through the Lachin Corridor in accordance with the International Court of Justice decision of 22 February 2023.

Calls on Azerbaijan to form a positive agenda in close cooperation with the international community in order to guarantee the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Calls for the release of all detained persons and to clarify the fate of all persons who disappeared during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, to protect the cultural heritage of the region and to support the demining process.

Encourages Armenia and Azerbaijan to continue negotiations towards the signing of a comprehensive peace treaty based on the recognition of each other's territorial integrity.

Welcomes the diplomatic efforts of the United States and the European Union, which contribute to building dialogue and mutual trust between Armenia and Azerbaijan," he wrote.
