During the 61st plenary session of the General Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC ) in Ankara, Babken Tunyan, member of the "Civil Contract" faction, was elected to the position of Vice President of the Organization. He announced this on his Facebook page.
"I will speak more thoroughly about this ongoing session in the coming days, which according to some opposition colleagues is a "balloon show", but in fact one of the most tense sessions of this organization," he wrote.
