On December 16, the President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan convened an extended working consultation with the participation of representatives of the parties represented in the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh.
The military-political situation around the Republic of Artsakh and the situation created in the country as a result of the blockade, the steps to overcome it were discussed.
Secretary of the Council of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan and State Minister, Head of the Operational Staff Ruben Vardanyan attended the meeting.
