Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev’s warmongering speech in occupied Shushi town of Artsakh on November 8, 2022.
“Dressed in mil uniform and in military audience Azerbaijani president Aliyev in his threatening and aggressive speech of November 8 announced that Sisian, Goris, Kapan and other Armenian towns are in field of their view and Armenia understands what it means. It is blatant act of terrorizing civil population”, Pashinyan Tweeted.
