Substantive negotiations on the NK conflict should be continued. OSCE Chairman-in-Office

During the meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Albania Edi Rama, who is also the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, touched upon the Artsakh issue.

"Bloody events took place in Nagorno Karabakh, due to which there were human casualties. The hostilities have now ceased. Now is the time to fulfill commitments. I fully support the initiatives implemented within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs aimed at resuming the negotiation process. Now we have to continue substantive talks in the belief that an agreement will be reached on a comprehensive, lasting and peaceful settlement of the conflict", Rama said.

The two-day meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the 57 OSCE member states, chaired by Albania, started today.
