The cities of Stepanakert and Shushi have been under intensive shelling and bombardment since this morning. We were able to distinguish three types of sounds of explosions; now we are on in one of schools in Stepanakert. Two bombs fell in the yard of those residential buildings. The windows of the buildings are damaged. Here are the residential buildings and civil infrastructures. We have already seen half-ruined buildings on one of the streets in Stepanakert, in the areas adjacent to this street, where also civil infrastructure is located.
Two days ago, the "Jerusalem Post" with a reference on "12 Channel" quoted that most likely these direct strikes were carried out by long-range missiles called "Lora", abbreviation is "long-distance rocket", having a vulnerability of about 400 km, which is very accurate. The newspaper noted that this is probably the first war where these missiles are used intensively.
Shool worker: -Two shells fell in the schoolyard. One on this side, the second on that side. You can see the consequences. I was in the school at that time.
Reporter: Where have you been during that shelling?
Shool worker:-I was sitting on that chair.
Reporter: On this chair?
Shool worker: Yes, it has become a ruin. Here are residential buildings and a school. It is clear that they are targeting civilian objects.
