Official Yerevan considers the latest violation of the ceasefire by Azerbaijan, which resulted in the death of 26-year-old contract serviceman Vahagn Eloyan, a provocation. A few days before another action to aggravate the situation by Azerbaijan, the Armenian side had made a humanitarian gesture, allowing Azerbaijanis to visit the graves of their family members on the border of Nakhchivan.
