The presidents of Armenia and Italy met in Rome. Sergio Mattarella considered it symbolic that Serzh Sargsyan’s last visit in the capacity of President of Armenia was being paid to Italy. He said it was amazing to see Armenia make a smooth transition from presidential governing system to parliamentary.
