Armenia’s Ministry of Environment reports that the COP17 logo has already been installed in central Yerevan, signaling the country’s important path toward hosting the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity.
In October, Yerevan will host delegations from various countries, international organizations, and representatives of the environmental sector, becoming an important platform for global discussions on biodiversity conservation.
Armenia continues active preparations aimed at organizing the conference at a high level and достойно representing the country on the international environmental agenda.
