All Immigrant Visa applicants over age 16 must provide a police certificate issued within the past 24 months. The certificate must list all current and previous names used by the applicant, US Embassy to Armenia reports.
"Police certificates are required from the country of current residence (if lived there for 6 months or more), the country of birth (if lived there for 6 months or more), any country where the applicant has lived for 12 months or more after age 16," the statement reads.
