Ukraine remains open to peace negotiations involving Russia and the United States, but Europe must be present at key stages of the process, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with Czech Radio.
At the same time, he stressed that Ukraine’s territorial issues cannot be resolved solely at the level of technical teams.
“Without direct contact at the level of leaders (of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia — ed.), it will be impossible to reach agreements on territorial issues,” Zelenskyy said.
