Turkish Airlines is starting reciprocal flights between Istanbul and Yerevan. As of March 11, 2026, flights will be operated with a frequency of 7 times a week, Turkish media report. If there is an increase in passenger demand, the number of flights will be increased. Starting from May 14, 2026, the weekly frequency of Istanbul–Yerevan flights will be raised to 10. During the summer season, the number of flights will again be increased. In this context, as of June 15, 2026, flights will be organized with a frequency of 14 times a week.
Referring to the Istanbul-Yerevan-Istanbul flight, Turkey’s special representative in the Armenia–Turkey normalization process, Serdar Kılıç, wrote on his social media page:
“One more step forward. Turkish Airlines will operate flights on the Istanbul–Yerevan–Istanbul route starting from March 11, 2026”.
