On December 4, the Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, met with James Carafano, Senior Counselor to the President of the Heritage Foundation.
Issues related to the bilateral cooperation were discussed at the meeting, including the opportunities to implement joint projects with the Foundation.
