In the Vinnytsia region, Russian forces attacked a critical infrastructure facility, according to Natalia Zabolotnaya, First Deputy Head of the Regional Administration. She noted that as a result of the attack, train traffic was temporarily suspended but later restored, with no casualties or injuries reported.
Infrastructure was also damaged in the Zaporizhzhia region. According to Regional Administration Head Ivan Fedorov, about 9,000 subscribers in the regional center were left without electricity. In Zaporizhzhia, the building of an agritech business store was also partially destroyed.
Russian drones also struck railway infrastructure in the Odesa region. It is reported that there were no casualties, and train traffic has already been restored.
