Indian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal touched upon the issue of Armenia and Azerbaijan's membership in the SCO, noting that a decision will not be made this year due to time constraints.
"Both Armenia and Azerbaijan had applied for SCO membership this year, but due to time constraints, the member states could not take a decision. However, the issue of the two countries' membership continues to be discussed by the organization."
