In Tehran, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with Major General Sayyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Security Council reports.
General Mousavi emphasized the historically good-neighborly and brotherly relations between Armenia and Iran. In turn, Secretary Grigoryan highlighted the high level of current bilateral relations.
Armen Grigoryan presented the agreements reached on August 8, within the framework of which General Mousavi welcomed the anticipated establishment of peace and stability in the region.
The meeting also included discussions on bilateral cooperation.
