Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with Kamal Kharazi, Advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Head of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, the Security Council reports.
During the meeting, Armen Grigoryan emphasized that the unblocking of regional communication routes will take place within the framework of full respect for the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, jurisdiction, inviolability of borders, and reciprocity between states.
Kamal Kharazi welcomed the establishment of peace and the unblocking of regional routes, reaffirming Iran’s principled stance in support of Armenia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
The two sides also discussed the Armenia-Iran bilateral agenda, stressing the importance of swiftly implementing ongoing and planned projects.
