There is an epic sentence in public discourse: how can we trust Azerbaijan? This is often heard, has been heard before and will be heard in the future. But it is not noticed that the problem is to build trust drop by drop. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said this during the annual workshop of heads of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries.
“Moreover, if Armenia and Azerbaijan trusted each other, there would simply be no need to sign any papers.
Diplomacy is also about creating a fulcrum of trust or a theoretical opportunity in an environment of distrust,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
