Here is the text of the peace and interstate relations agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which was initialed in Washington, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“This Agreement is a solid foundation for establishing reliable and lasting peace, the result of an understanding between Armenia and Azerbaijan that reflects the balanced interests of both countries,” he wrote, attaching the initialed peace agreement text published by Armenia’s Foreign Ministry.
