The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision, according to which Arayik Noroyan is appointed as Armenia's Military Attaché in Kazakhstan.
“Based on Part 9 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Diplomatic Service”, Arayik Noroyan is appointed as Armenia's Military Attaché in the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 1, 2025 for a term of 3 years (residence: Astana),” the decision reads.
