Important reforms are being implemented in Armenia. Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal said this at a joint press conference with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“You have clearly chosen a path that means closer relations with the EU. Estonia supports you in this matter. I encourage you that the reforms will bring tangible benefits, first of all, to your people. This is evidenced by our experience of 20 years ago. We have actively supported the expansion of EU support mechanisms for Armenia, the launch of a dialogue on visa liberalization,” Michal noted.
He also noted that Estonia and Armenia cooperate in the field of education, teacher training and educational innovations.
The Prime Minister also emphasized that the Estonian Development Cooperation Center also helps diversify the Armenian economy. “We are ready to share our business diplomacy experience,” he noted.
