Sergey Lavrov said in a telephone conversation with Hakan Fidan that yesterday Ukrainian forces targeted the Russkaya compressor station of the TurkStream gas pipeline with drones. According to Lavrov, all the drones have been neutralized.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Russian diplomat asked his Turkish counterpart to influence Kyiv to prevent such actions. Fidan assured that the necessary measures would be taken.
The Russian and Turkish foreign ministers stressed the importance of bilateral coordinated work for the benefit of peace, stability and security in the region.
