There is no evidence of advancement in Russia's relations with European countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said, TASS reports.
"There is nothing to indicate that there could be any significant change," the diplomat told reporters.
"For some reason, the EU countries and Europeans are demanding a place at the negotiating table on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict <...> This is simply remarkable, because they have been at this table for many years," he said.
