"We are not opposed to the unblocking of roads, as long as it is carried out under the national and territorial sovereignty of countries," said Iran’s Ambassador to Armenia, Mehdi Sobhani, during a press conference while addressing the issue of unblocking regional transport routes.
"We support the unblocking of roads in Armenia’s territory, but this must be done based on respect for national and territorial sovereignty and territorial integrity.
We are against any road that includes the logic of a corridor," he stated.
