Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar reaffirmed Ankara's support to Baku in his speech at the high-level observation day of the "Winter-2023" military exercise in Kars.
"Our cooperation with Azerbaijan continues. As you know, until now we have supported Azerbaijan with all our strength in its rightful cause and we will continue to support it from now on," said Akar.
He also expressed his support for "efforts to create lasting peace and ensure stability between Azerbaijan and Armenia", emphasized the regulation of Armenia-Turkey relations.
Referring to the opening of the so-called "Zangezur Corridor", Akar noted that it will provide serious economic and social benefits for Azerbaijan and the entire region.
