After the explosions in Kyiv on Monday, the leaders of the G7 countries intend to discuss the situation in Ukraine on Tuesday, in which President Volodymyr Zelensky will participate, writes RIA Novosti.
Zelensky's office reported that energy facilities in Zaporozhye, Vinnytsia, Sumy and Zhytomyr were also targeted by Russian attacks.
Zelensky stated that the air alarm does not go away in all of Ukraine, the shelling continues, after the explosions, some regions lost electricity, and there is no water either.
In a conversation with Zelensky on Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron expressed concern over the explosions in Kyiv and assured Ukraine of France's full support, AFP reported.
Europe also expressed concern over the deployment of a new joint group of Russian and Belarusian troops on the border with Ukraine. The European Union is convinced that this will lead to a new aggravation of the situation and has warned that they will not leave such a step unanswered. The representatives of the European Commission announced this, TASS reports.
