Minister Tandilyan has promised radical changes.
Last year, 409 billion AMD, which exceeds the 27 percent of the state budget, was allocated to the social secto. The new Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mane Tandilyan reported to the Parliament on the efficiency of the spent money, promising radical changes.
