Today the leaders of member-countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization have issued a communication. They have expressed their support for the efforts of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on the basis of the principles and norms of international right, UN Regulation clauses and Helsinki final act, which concern the peoples’ right to self-determination, non-use of force or threat of force and territorial integrity. The communication was approved earlier, during the CSTO Security Council session.
