After the session of RPA executive body, press secretary Eduard Sharmazanov discussed the student strike, protesting against the law limiting the right of military service postponement. He mentioned that in 1996 he also organized student strikes and participated in sit-down strikes and hunger strikes. According to Sharmazanov, the situation was unbearable then because the government did not want to listen to the youth. However, he thinks that today the situation is entirely different. RPA press secretary reminded that the Education Minister received the students, while they did not participate in the discussion, offered by the Defense Minister.
