The Co-Chairs asked the Foreign ministers to pass to the presidents their proposal for organizing a summit later this year.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Edward Nalbandyan and Elmar Mammadyarov met in Brussels. The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk also participated in the meeting. During the late night meeting the discussion on creating conditions to move forward the negotiation process of Karabagh conflict settlement continued. Edward Nalbandyan underlined the necessity of stabilizing the situation on the Line of Contact and the realization of the agreements reached during Vienna and Saint Petersburg summits.
