In the capital of Belarus, OSCE PA adopted the Minsk declaration in the final sitting of the 26th session. The organization expressed its concern for the latest violations of ceasefire on the Line of Contact and the restarted military operations and its deep regret at the lack of progress in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, called upon the parties to immediately enter into substantive negotiations in the interest of finding a way for the soonest possible sustainable settlement of the conflict. The organization also called upon the Co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group to redouble efforts on the settlement of the conflict.
