OSCE will conduct a scheduled monitoring on the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, in the direction of Hadrut, near Karakhanbaily. According to an agreement reached with Artsakh authorities, the monitoring will be conducted from Artsakh Defense Army positions by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

Artsakh Defense Ministry released a statement that the authorities have expressed willingness to support the monitoring process and ensure security for OSCE mission members.
