Following Moscow talks with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, Armenian Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandyan announced “Azerbaijan is violating all prior agreements”.
At a press conference, Foreign Minister Nalbandyan stated that Baku is also causing problems in exchange of hostages.
Starting from tomorrow Russian citizens will be enabled to visit Armenia by presenting their internal passports, announced both Ministers.
