Genocide years are already in the past. It may still occur to many people that a century is a long period so as to develop the civilization to such extent as to make the mass massacres vanish from the modern world. In fact, this is just an illusion. You just have to recall the massacres organized against peaceful Armenians in one of the so-called civilized republics of the USSR - in Azerbaijan.
The nation-army concept should form a society, against which no massacres can be committed, the territories of which cannot be donated to others as it happened to Artsakh and Nakhijevan. And in case we manage to liberate Artsakh we should as well keep in mind that a foreign flag still waves upon Nakhijevan.
