The 4th round of Armenia-EU talks on the framework agreement launched in Yerevan. During a press-conference the Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia Peter Switalski and RA First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Garegin Melkonyan told the journalists that ever since Armenian Independence the EU has already allocated 500 million euro worth assistance to Armenia.
